JennLovesJesus requested some alphabet handwriting practice pages and so here they are!
At
the top of each page are two very large letters in a "dot" font to trace
with room next to them for practice. Below is an empty space where your child
can practice the letters without lines (paint, pastels, crayons and markers are
suggested to make things "fun"). You can also use the space to draw
in or paste in clip-art and/or pictures from a magazine, etc. Underneath the empty
space are the two practice letters repeated. Lefties will appreciate the fact
that there is always a model letter to the right to look at. I've kept the pages
to a two letter maximum to keep handwriting practice from being overwhelming.
Choose
whichever "font" you prefer. Each handwriting practice page
has alternating lines of text and blank lines so it's easier and less frustrating
for your child to copy. Lines are sized the same as "wide rule" notebook
paper, which is 1 cm tall.
These alphabet printables are not yet available in Handwriting Without Tears cursive. We recommend first working from the official Handwriting Without Tears workbooks.
